Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns within 7 days after purchase, providing its meets our store policy.

* No refund will be given for change of mind or wrong size.

* Clothing must be unworn, with Labels still attached and in the original packaging . Any clothing that smells of perfume, or deodorant or is marked in any way can not be returned. We will not accept any items that show signs of wear, or have been washed or dry cleaned.

Additional non – refundable purchases:
Any item not returned within 7 days after delivery

To complete your return , we will require proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and has been inspected, we will notify you by email whether or not your return has been approved or rejected.
If you have met the approval, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Sale Items
Sale items can not be refunded.

Items that are found damaged or faulty may be exchanged for the same item or where possible repairs will be made. Exchanges must be sent to

You are responsible for payment of shipping for returned items.
Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Harry and me does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We post all purchases by Australian standard post. This is a 5-7 business day service, however for rural postcodes please allow additional time.

Our flat rate for under 5kg is $10.00.

For orders over 5kg is $25.00.

Larger purchases from our homewares range is by negotiation.

We do our best to post orders on the day you have purchased your item, however please allow 2 working days for your orders to be sent out.

You will receive notification with a tracking number once your order has been sent.
